SHIPPING POLICY Orders usually ship the following
business day. We ship all
orders USPS or UPS. Most packages USPS Priority should be received within 3-4 days.
Downloadable software receives a registration number via e-mail within
24 hrs. UPS Next Day Air will arrive by 3:00
PM the following business day after shipment.
International orders:
USPS Global Priority is $35.00, UPS Global is $65.00. Select
Internation USPS or International UPS when checking out.

offer a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. All
products may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date
for a refund or exchange. No returns will be accepted after
30 Days, unless otherwise stated. All returned items sent back to
Practical Design Group, LLC are to be prepaid by Customer. No COD or Freight
returns will be accepted by Practical Design Group, LLC.
